Ready to Ship: Dispatch within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.

Pre-order: The expected dispatch time is shown on the product page for the relevant item or batch.

Even after your order is completed, we may not be able to prepare the products you ordered, and we may have to cancel your order. Delivery may be delayed during carrier peak periods, holidays or bad weather.

About changing shipping address

If your order is not ready to ship or dispatched, please contact Chacha‘s CS team wecare@chachauae.com

The Customer Center cannot accept changes during shipment preparation or after shipment, so please contact Delivery Company provided in the shipment completion email and note the following.

*[Cash on delivery] cannot be changed.
*Forwarding fees may apply.
*If the shipping address cannot be changed, the order will be considered canceled and returned to us. In this case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please place a new order.

International Delivery

International: AED80 standard shipping. Free standard shipping on orders over AED600.

UAE&GCC Delivery

UAE: AED15 standard shipping. Free standard shipping on orders over AED200.
GCC: AED50 standard shipping. Free standard shipping on orders over AED350.
